Meet the Faces behind this year’s Floral Street…

Hi, my name is Marta Williams and during lockdown I started Indoor Jungle Design, where the aim is to share a lifelong passion of creating unique green spaces that enrich our day-to-day lives, with a choreographed mixture of live plants and dried flower displays. One of the cornerstones of our ethos is sustainability, whether that is sourcing locally or choosing planting schemes which work in harmony with your conditions, even more important as we find our microclimates are changing.
In our first stand at the amazing Blenheim Flower Show, we will be sharing some useful ideas and techniques for how to plant using hardy, drought-resistant yet beautiful specimens and showcasing a range of fresh and dried flower arrangements and centrepieces fit for any occasion. Please do drop by to say hello, we are looking forward to meeting you!

At Micklems Farm, a smallholding in the Berkshire countryside, we grow seasonal cottage garden flowers passionately (on wonderful soil) for our bouquet and flower picking business. Customers are able to purchase and book online to collect their flowers and to enjoy tea and cake. Our flowers are grown outside with an absolute minimal use of pesticides. We grow roses, dahlias, peonies and many annuals as well as fruit, vegetables and herbs. We also offer floristry workshops, led by experienced local florists, in our marquee.

Hello, I’m Marnie Moyle and I can’t wait to introduce you to Movement In Motion. We are currently trialling the collection of compost loos material, with the aim to process and return the valuable resource to the land, with an ambition for longer term soil health.
This year, I’ll be bringing an example of one of our Compost Loo Cabins to the Blenheim Palace Flower Show and creating a Fragrant Garden feature in Floral Street. You’ll also be able to see some showcase pieces of my beautiful range of swings and furniture, from Green Oak Furniture by Marnie.

Hi, I’m Joe Francis, the founder of Gardens for Good. We’re excited to be attending Floral Street at the Blenheim Palace Flower Show 2022 where we’ll be showcasing ‘The Fern’.
The Fern is an award-winning garden seat and has been hailed as a revolution in garden furniture design. Its unique, single spine design creates an organic, multi-directional sway that is unlike anything you’ve experienced before! In addition, the ergonomic profile, combined with the individually sculpted wooden leaves, provides uniform support for your body, allowing you to rest in total comfort. In fact, The Fern has been dubbed as one of the most comfortable unpadded seats on the market. Each Fern is handmade in Oxfordshire.

Hello everyone, I’m Samantha Whitehead from Natural Pampering. My Floral Street feature will be a “pollinator/and wildlife-friendly” garden encouraging the public to garden naturally and sustainably using bee-friendly/pollinator-friendly, make do and mend methods. Part of the garden incorporates vegetables as part of the planting to show we can all grow some food from the smallest of areas. The overall concept is to try and live with nature as much as possible which I believe has really positive impacts on our mental health and is an ethical way to live (the garden shows how a beautiful garden shouldn’t “cost the earth”).
I am a beekeeper and small business making Handmade/Natural Soap, luxurious bathing, skincare products, and beeswax candles. We also have a lovely range of zero-waste/plastic-free, eco/green living products to compliment our range and encourage people to make affordable earth-friendly purchases/alternatives to plastic/chemical-laden choices. Our marquee will be full of this and plenty of samples too.
