FAQs

To help you plan your day out at the Blenheim Palace Flower Show, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked visitor questions.

Tickets

Can I book my tickets online? 
Yes, tickets can be booked in advance on our website by clicking here

I’m having problems with my ticket booking – what should I do?
If you have a ticket enquiry, please email customerservice@blenheimpalace.com or call 01993 810530. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. 

Will my ticket to the Blenheim Palace Flower Show also give me entry to Blenheim Palace?
When you book your tickets to the Blenheim Palace Flower Show there is an option to add entry to Blenheim Palace onto your tickets. If you opt for the Palace, Parks and Garden tickets, your entry will include admission to the Palace as well. If you choose the Parks and Gardens option, your tickets will not include admission to the Palace.
 
What’s included in my ticket price?
If you book tickets for entry on Friday 27th, Saturday 28th or Sunday 29th June 2025, not only will you have access to the Blenheim Palace Flower Show, you’ll also be able to explore the beautiful grounds of Blenheim Palace including the Formal Gardens, Walled Gardens, Marlborough Maze, Butterfly House and more. Do you have a concession for carers?
Yes, we offer complimentary entry for carers. You will need to book tickets for everyone else in your group but the carer/s will receive complimentary entry. Just let the team on the gate know and they will organise a complimentary carer ticket on the day.

 

Parking, Transport and Hotels

Is there an additional charge for parking?
No, parking at the Blenheim Palace Flower Show is free for visitors to the Blenheim Palace Flower Show. There are plenty of car parking spaces available, some hard-standing and the remainder on grass.

Is there parking for motorhomes?
Yes, in the designated parking area by the Pleasure Gardens.

How far is the car park from the Blenheim Palace Flower Show entrance?
The main car park is between five and ten minutes walk to the entrance of the show, depending on where you park and what time you arrive. If you need to park close to the entrance we advise arriving to the show early as close spaces fill up fast.

Are there any nice hotels locally?

Accessibility

Is there any mobility scooter hire?
Yes, this year we will be joined by Event Mobility who will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for hire at the show. Find out more here.

Are there parking facilities for those who need accessibility?
Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the entrance of the Flower Show. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces. More information on accessibility at Blenheim Palace can be attained from the ‘Flagstaff’ Information kiosk on site.

 

The Show

What are the show opening times?
The Bleheim Palace Flower Show will be open from 10am to 5pm on Friday 27th, Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th June 2025.

Does the show take place inside or outside?
The Blenheim Palace Flower Show takes place outside on the grounds of Blenheim Palace. There will also be several undercover areas including the Grand Floral Pavilion, the Craft & Gift Pavilion and the Fine Food & Drinks Pavilion.

What’s the ground like?
The ground that the show will be taking place on is fairly flat, however please be aware that the event takes place on grass.

Can I enter the Show more than once during my visit?
Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.
 
Are dogs allowed in the grounds?
Dogs on leads are allowed in the Blenheim Palace Flower Show and the extensive parkland around the Palace, but not in the Formal Gardens, Courtyards or Pleasure Gardens. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are, however, welcome in all areas. Please respect our surroundings and pick up any waste after your dog and dispose of it in the dog litter bins that are situated in various places around the park.
 
 

Food & Drink

Will food be available at the show?
Yes, there will be an array of stands selling a selection of food and refreshments in our Village Green area.

Is picnicking allowed?
Yes, you are welcome to picnic in any public areas of the Park. There are designated picnic areas at the lakeside, next to the visitor Centre and in the Pleasure Gardens.
 
Are BBQs allowed?
Unfortunately not, BBQs are not allowed anywhere in the grounds, but Blenheim host BBQ’s during the summer months so be sure to look in the Eat section of the website during this time to see when they are planned.
 
 

The Palace

I have booked tickets to include entry to the Palace, can I enter the Palace more than once during my visit?
Yes, your ticket entitles you to enter the Palace as many times as you wish during your visit. Remember, the last entry to the Palace is at 4.45pm.
 
Am I allowed to take photographs or film inside the Palace?
Yes, photography is permitted inside the palace as long as it’s not for publication but please do not use flash.
